À commencer par la France car même si Ghislaine d'Orsay dans le rôle d'Anna était française, la production était italienne. Impossible de conclure sans rappeler la présence de Margarita Lozano dans le rôle du Dr Blanche avec la brillante carrière qu'elle a réalisée (participation dans trente-cinq films dont Manon des sources) et de souligner tout autant celle de l'acteur Italien Umberto Raho.
