Enquanto que schizophrénie mesmo permanece no espírito dos especialistas ciências humanas a doença mental a mais rebelde a qualquer forma de tratamento psicoterápico, existe felizmente contra-exemplos. O mais famoso foi levado à atenção de largo público nos anos 70 por adaptação ao cinema do caso renée que tinha sido tratado pela Sra. Sechehaye 20 anos anteriormente.

Whereas schizophrenia remains in the very spirit of the specialists in social sciences the most rebellious mental illness to any form in psychotherapy treatment, there are fortunately counterexamples. The most famous one was carried to the attention of a large public in the Seventies by the adaptation to the cinema of Renee's case which had been treated by Mrs. Sechehaye twenty years before.

As razões numerosas das edições e réédiciões que desde então fizeram conhecer esta história sob o título o jornal schizophrène em todos os sectores rigorosamente que tocam de perto ou de longe à psiquiatria (hospitais, centro de investigação, universidades...) tanto em França como no estrangeiro, o momento chegou de recorrer às potencialidades da rede para oferecer uma plataforma de agrupamento e de trocas a todos aquelles, ainda hoje - e são numerosos - prosseguem nesta via de investigação.
Uma parte do sítio é por conseguinte simultâneamente acessível ao público de língua francesa, inglesa, italiana, alemão, espanhola, portuguesa, holandesa, russa: a apresentação do caso renée, a apresentação do caso laura, a apresentação do filme italiano de Nelo Risi produzido em 1968, e o laboratório posto a disposição dos estudantes, dos investigadores, dos professores de universidades para trocar informações e informar-se das suas actividades esperando talvez a criação de um fórum sobre perguntas de fundo.

Because of the many editions and reeditions which since then have made this story known under the title of The Autobiography of a schizophrenic girl in all the sectors concerning psychiatry (hospitals, research centers, universities...) as much in France as abroad, the moment has come to the full potentialities of the network to offer a platform of regrouping and communications to all those which, still today and they are numerous proceeds in this way of research. A part of the site is thus simultaneously accessible to the french-speaking and anglophone public: the presen- tation of Renee's case, the presentation of Laura's case, the presentation of the Italian film of Nelo Rizi produced in 1968, and the laboratory placed at the disposal of the students, of the researches, the teachers of universities, to exchange information and inform about their activities while perhaps waiting for the creation of a forum on basic questions.
